WALTHAM, MA– Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) announced that Dentsply Sirona Inc., the world’s largest diversified manufacturer of dental products and technologies, has renewed its lease for 84,413 square feet at 590 Lincoln Street, a key property within HBRE’s Waltham Campus. The six-year lease extension secures Dentsply Sirona’s position as the sole tenant of the modern two-story facility through 2032.

The French tech company Dassault Systèmes has signed a 320,000-square-foot lease renewal in Waltham, setting a mark for what is said to be Greater Boston’s largest suburban lease since the pandemic.
Dassault Systèmes has renewed its lease at 175 and 185 Wyman St., where it has its North American headquarters. The 3-D design software maker has been the site’s tenant since 2010, when its two buildings were constructed.

Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) announced that Northwoods, a three-story, 319,774-square-foot, Class A, LEED Gold-certified office building located at 1301 Atwood Ave. in Johnston, RI, has completed nearly 216,000 square feet of new leases and renewals over the past 18 months, including the largest new office lease in the market in 2025 at over 71,000 square feet. The property is now 96% percent occupied and achieved the highest leasing velocity in the market during that period, according to HBRE.

Most importantly, don’t let outdated expectations limit you simply because you’re a woman. Stand firm in your abilities and let your work speak for itself.
